Congrats to the two Isiaiah Kidd Award winners from this years Plott Days on their Top 20 finishes in the World Hunt as the High Scoring Plott Male and Female. It is the first time that both Award winners have finished in the Top 20 in the same year.
It has sure been a great year for the Plott breed this year. We can only hope that next year will bring more success and better results for all.
Thank you fellas for setting the bar high and promoting our breed, and letting people know that Plotts can compete and win anytime, anywhere, & against any breed!

Congradulations to the four males and one female on advancing out of the Zones and into the Finals of the UKC World Nite Hunt.
It appears this year could be a strong year for a Plott to be in contention for the World Title! At least we have strong numbers comparatively to recent years passed. We are looking forward to seeing a couple Plotts in the TOP 20 again and hopefully a World Champion as well!

Good luck to all the Plott fanciers at the upcoming UKC World Events! There are fourteen Plotts each entered into both the Show & Hunt (listed below).
There has only ever been one World Champion Plott, Kansas Sizzlin' Heat (GrNtCh Cannon's Joe Boy X GrNtCh Shortridge's Queen), in the Nite Hunt twenty-three years ago in 1988.
Listed below is an exclusive list of Plotts (only 8) that have made it to the upper echelon of the UKC World Hunt by being in the TOP 20, and coming ever so close to be crowned World Champion like Heat! Charlie Shortridge with Queen and Queen's Star knocked on the door two times each. Of course James Clark and Isabelle were the last to crack the elusive TOP 20, three years ago, in 2008.
However, the Plott dogs have done much better in the World Show as there have been five World Champions (listed below).
Once again congrats and good luck to all that are in the hunt for a World Title this year. Plott Nation salutes you and will be rootin' y'all on....Bring it on home!
